Mental Performance Coach
I am currently studying Educational Sciences and Psychology at the university level, while actively working as a mental coach. About six months ago, I started my own mental coaching practice, after many years of competing at a high level in sports.
I represented the Finnish National Futsal Team and throughout my career, I experienced numerous physical and mental challenges – including undergoing 12 surgeries. These personal experiences shaped my deep understanding of resilience, recovery, and the mental side of performance.
Over the past months, I have focused especially on men’s mental health and overall psychological well-being. I am passionate about helping athletes not only improve their performance but also build strong self-awareness, confidence, and long-term mental balance.

I combine evidence-based mental performance tools with my own background as a high-level athlete to create a practical and effective structure for growth.
Sessions are interactive and supportive, with a strong focus on building self-awareness, confidence, and resilience. Athletes can expect open communication, concrete strategies, and clear action steps that translate into both performance and everyday life.
I offer both online and in-person coaching, ensuring flexibility while maintaining the same level of accountability and impact. One thing I demand from my clients is 100% honesty and 100% commitment for their development.
